St. Patrick’s Day is always a good time. Most people spend the day partying with friends, but they usually don’t think about the holiday’s Irish roots.

In 2011, Tourism Ireland wanted to change that.

In the crowded Central Railway Station in Sydney, a single boy starts performing a traditional Riverdance routine by himself in the middle of the station.

Then, two girls join in.

Soon after, over 100 dancers are performing in the station, and the crowd is immersed in a spectacular Irish dance flashmob!

Who else thinks this should happen every St. Patrick’s Day?
