16 Russian Women Dressed in Red Take Stage, Blows the Crowd Away by “Floating”

These sixteen young ladies performed a dance like no one’s ever seen before. When they start their routine, the audience can’t help but erupt. As they’re moving across the stage, the women look like they’re floating fairies.

How did they do it? Well the answer is unbelievable – they stayed on the tip of their toes the entire time.

The girls are part of a Russian dance ensemble and it’s clear to see that this routine took tons of practice. And it paid off – the result is beautiful.

The song the ladies are dancing to is an old Russian folk song named “In the Field Stood a Birch Tree.” The dance is meant to be done in a circle which is what you can see in the video below.
