Rude Customers Drive Cafe Owner to Put Up Hilarious Sign That’s Going Viral

When it comes to the service industry, rude and downright nasty customers are just par for the course.

But this Roanoke, Virginia coffee shop is fighting back.

They put up a sandwich board listing different prices for a small coffee, depending on how you ask for it.

Barista Austin Simms wrote the sign on a Sunday and by Monday, it was international news.

He told local news station WDBJ7 that he wanted to remind customers that the people behind the counter are people too, and should be treated with respect and kindness.
