Cop Tries To Catch Criminals By Dressing Up, Only Receives Kindness in Return

Staff Sergeant Mark Horsley of the Vancouver Police Department was dedicated to his job of catching criminals.

There was an unsolved case involving several assaults and robberies of disabled people dating back to 2014.

He wanted to catch the creep in the act, so he set a trap. He would dress up as a homeless disabled person in an electric wheelchair and wait in the rough neighbourhood of downtown eastside Vancouver.

He wasn’t playing around.

But Horsely was shocked at what he discovered when people started approaching him and his wheelchair.
