Getting enough sleep is an ongoing challenge in the modern world. Not only do we have the bright lights of the world around us, but there are also the emerging terms like the ‘night time economy’ and ‘online world’ which means it’s hard to switch ‘off’ even when your head finally hits the pillow.
Whether it be a TV screen or an annoying neon billboard sign across from your apartment, night time is rarely truly dark these days, and this makes it harder for many of us to have a good night’s sleep. While the notion that you can get to sleep in 60 seconds will seem an arduous challenge to most, it is indeed a worthwhile endeavour should you find yourself struggling to get to sleep after 60 minutes. After all, it’s better than just staring out at that damn billboard right?
