Jhaqueil Reagan was on his way to a job interview when he stopped to ask for directions. The person he spoke to was Art Bouvier, the owner of Papa Roux restaurant, who tells him that his destination was at least 6 or 7 miles away and that he would be far better off on the bus. The young man thanked him and continued on.

15 minutes later, as Bouvier was driving down the road, he encounters Jhaqueil again. He was quite impressed by his motivation to walk such a long distance in the ice and slush for the hope of a job at minimum wage and decides to drive him seeing that he couldn’t afford the bus. He also gives him money for lunch and tells him to keep his interview, but that he would hire him so that his daily trek to work would be 3 miles instead of 10.

It’s people like this that make the world go round!
