Jazz musician Clark Terry was sick, so he had to spend his 94th birthday alone in the hospital. Hating to see their friend lonely on his special day, his friends intervene.
So they drove four hours to the Pittsburgh hospital where Clark was. They surprised him with cake, balloons and a special rendition of the classic -you guess it- Happy Birthday. It’s all too fitting, because Clark was a staple member at the Duke Ellington Orchestra.
The look on his face when he realizes what all the racket is about is just beautiful!
