A man taking a commuting train in Perth did not expect to slip and get stuck through the platform, but he did. What was even more unexpected was how he got out. No jaws-of-life or special tools were used to get him out, but “people power” instead.

The staff at Stirling Station managed to organize scores of passengers to help the man by pushing and rocking the train. With sheer power, they succeeded and the man was freed without any serious injuries.
