Man Skates on Thin Ice as Lake Cracks Under Him, Hear the Surreal Sounds

Black ice that is recently frozen can be as thin as 2 inches, but the water underneath it as well as multiple factors including temperature, atmospheric conditions, and careful planning can prevent it from breaking.

Mårten Ajne decided to skate the recently frozen small lake outside Stockholm, Sweden both for its smoothness, and for its high-pitched, laser-like sounds.
