Mom Shares Frightful Car Accident Photo, Vivid Reminder to Always Put Kids in Car Seats

Jenna Robberman of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, was pulling over to go run a few errands with her boys, 3 years old and 6 months old, when another car hit her head on at high speeds and destroyed her Honda CRV, leaving it almost unrecognizable. Luckily, her and the kids managed to leave the accident unscathed thanks to the few seconds Mrs. Robberman took to properly secure them to their rear-facing child’s seats.

She later went on to say, after paramedics had made sure that everyone was okay, “… [things] could have been very different had I not taken the extra 2 minutes to be sure they were buckled correctly. I will be fine, my kids are fine, everything else can be replaced. Sending thanks to God for keeping us safe. (along with Honda, Graco & Chicco)” Her little tongue-in-cheek remark at the end seemed to have convinced most that she was okay even after such a traumatic event.

She’s since used the platform of her accident to promote car safety and the importance of seat-belts, letting many other parents and concerned citizens way in on the matter on her Facebook page.
