Photobombing Hippo Joins in on Couple’s Engagement Pictures, Neck Rolls and All

Dropping down on one knee and asking someone to be with you for life might just be the happiest moment in one’s life, and even better when shared.

Hayley Roll and her boyfriend Nick Kelble were on a day trip to the Cincinnati Zoo when they shared a unique moment together.

Unknown to Hayley, Nick had planned to propose to her at the zoo and was waiting for the right time.

As they got to visit the viral superstar Fiona the Hippo, Roll handed her phone to a stranger for a quick photo and turned around to see her boyfriend down on one knee.

After the moment of bliss and emotions, they proceeded to check the camera-roll and saw that they weren’t the only ones in the photos.

Behind them, an adorable hippo in the background watching closer than ever.

“We’re so happy Fiona could be there on our special day,” Roll wrote on Instagram.

Fiona is no stranger to spotlight first making headlines back in January where she managed to survive despite being born six weeks early.
