Dogs are very loveable creatures. They are loyal, loving and become a part of your family when they feel safe and happy.

Elizabeth Spence knows this very well, as she and her husband, own 3 dogs, as well as, 3 cats and 3 kids.

However, there is one thing different about Spence’s family. All of her animals are from rescue shelters. She believes that these animals are the same as any other: loyal, loving, and a part of the family, regardless of their emotionally scarring backgrounds.

One of her dogs is a cute English pointer named Nora. The 8-year-old pointer was scared of everyone because of her abusive past.

Until she met Archie, Spence’s 11-month-old baby. The two of them instantly fell in love and are inseparable now.

Archie makes Nora feel loved and safe, even though she had a rough past.

It’s so heartwarming to see Nora get the love she deserves.

Check out the cute photos of little Archie and Nora below!
