Thankfully, the people at Chef’s Choice Noodle Bar realize that. Their head chef is from Thailand, and before working there, he hadn’t seen his family in 15 years.

Now, the owners have instituted a policy that allows him to see his family and recharge his batteries every year, and Reddit users are loving it.
