It’s Christmastime, which means there’s likely Christmas music playing just about everywhere – at the mall, in small shops, at the grocery store, and in restaurants. As joyous and happy as this Christmas music seems, too much exposure might be driving some people a little batty.
According to Michael Lugo of Michael’s Tasting Room, a customer recently left a note on the back of their receipt warning Michael that they found the Christmas music to be offensive. He shared a picture he snapped of the receipt on his personal Facebook page. Michael says it was not his intention to offend anyone, but that he will continue to play the music in the spirit of the season.

Since he shared the note, the restaurant’s publicity has skyrocketed, with some paying a visit to the restaurant to show their support through patronage.

Others even shared their own suggestions for music for other holidays.
