Southwest Agent Says Next Customer Has to Sing, Random Guy Turns Airport into Karaoke

We all love the simplicity of planes, that they’ve allowed us to cross oceans and explore the world with such ease, but you’d be hard pressed to find anyone that enjoys the the waits at the gates before flights. This Southwest Gate Agent was able to turn all of this around when she was tired of fielding questions and said the next question has to be sung. Expecting to be done with the barrage of disgruntled customers, a karaoke star emerged in the midsts of the crowd and turned the airport into a full on party!

“So our gate at NOLA Southwest required everyone who asked a question to sing.” said Mike Vedala who caught the whole show on film, going further to add “This guy went off.” In a place that’s usually filled with complaints, discomfort and stern looks, this man got on the mic and lit up the whole room’s atmosphere where we got nothing but smiles, cheers and laughter!

What sounds like the end of “Wonderwall” at the start of the video, gets led into a major crowd pleasing performance of “No Diggity”, where we get to see the whole gate get down! Oh, and did we mention he concludes the whole performance with a well earned mic drop?

So our gate at Nola Southwest required everyone who asked a question to sing. This guy went off.
(UPDATE since I’m now a viral sensation: My kids are all musicians and are ALMOST as good as this guy. Check out MVT, MaryKate Vadala & Checks and Exes on Facebook!)
