The Malibu Rocky Oaks Vineyards Sits Above the Clouds!

Ever wanted to wine and dine in the clouds? All you need is a plane ticket to Malibu, California!

The Malibu Rocky Oaks Estate Vineyards is located in the Santa Monica Mountains at an elevation of over 2000 feet!

The vineyards produce nine different kinds of wine, including chardonnay, cabernet, merlot, and pinot noir—all harvested with the estate’s unique volcanic soil.

The entire property sits on 37 gorgeous acres, and the estate is family owned.

If the vineyard looks familiar, you’re probably a fan of the “Hangover” movies—it was a filming location for the third movie.

As for the best time to visit Malibu, go between July and September. The rain is light, temperatures peak in the high 80s, and the ocean water is a relaxing 78 degrees.

To arrange a private tour or tasting, check out the vineyard’s contact page. For more photos and videos, be sure to follow their Instagram page.
