Man Has Hilarious Response To State Environmental Agency After They Threaten Him

This letter from the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality was an actual letter sent to a man named Stephen Tvedten in July 1997 when one of Tvedten’s neighbors noticed flooding on his property and traced it back to a dam on Tvedten’s stream.
