School Employee Posts This Message Online After Noticing Principal Wear Tennis Shoes at Graduation

Paul Marlow, a band director at Garrett High School in Indiana, posted this story on his Facebook when he witnessed several teachers and administrators wearing sneakers instead of dress shoes at a graduation ceremony.

The attire was clearly not appropriate and he found that the footwear was “odd and out of character” for these employees.

It wasn’t until he discovered afterwards, why they really decided to wear those shoes.

The lengths these teachers are willing to go for their students is incredible. Some teachers say they’re willing to take the shirts off their backs (or shoes off their feet) for their students but these employees went the full distance.
