12 Year Old Boy Teased for “Rabbit Teeth,” Then People Donate $100k for a Perfect Smile

Most people get bullied in school, but they rarely get support from people all over the country.

Evan Hill, a 12 year-old boy from New Zealand, was constantly teased by his schoolmates for having big buck teeth. The teeth were so severe he had a hard time talking and closing his mouth.

But he told his story on a national talk show, and people across the country couldn’t help but reach out.

Talk show viewers managed to raise $100,000 to help Evan get the surgery he needed for his perfect smile.

The operation only cost $12,000, but Evan’s family donated the rest of the money to a trust designed to help other children who need dental procedures.
